Cleaning Fees & Coordinator
You may choose to clean the venue yourself to waive the cleaning fee — this must be approved by the onsite coordinator at the end of your event. The onsite coordinator is available at $50 per hour (gratuity not included).

For over two decades The Wooden Nickel Catering Company has been THE place to go for the best barbecue in the Willamette Valley. Every High Water event can be paired with our slow-smoked Pure Oregon Barbecue — prepared fresh on-site — along with custom menus, full bar service, linen rentals, and more.
Please keep in mind our catering menu is based on off-site catering some things will vary on this menu.
We do not allow outside beverages or food with the exception of desserts.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a “Full” versus “Partial” rental?
A Full rental gives you access to both the upstairs and downstairs floors. A Partial rental is one floor only. Either option can include the outside fire pit patio for an additional hourly fee.
Do I have to use Wooden Nickel catering?
Catering is not required, but we strongly recommend it — the on-site BBQ is one of the highlights of every event we host! Please contact us if you have questions about outside food arrangements.
Can you provide alcohol service?
Yes! We offer full bar service for events we’re catering, or bar service only. We can accommodate specialty drinks and personalized wine (an $18.00 per bottle corkage fee applies). Please inquire for details.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. All bookings are tentative until we receive a signed contract and deposit. We’re happy to verbally confirm your date while paperwork is being prepared. The contract will cover all event details, payment schedule, and final guest count deadlines.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely. We also offer linen rentals and can coordinate tables, chairs, and specialty rentals on your behalf — costs are added to your invoice.
Are there any surprise costs?
No way! Every item — cleaning fees, gratuity suggestions, and add-ons — will be listed in your contract. There will be no costs you were not informed of in advance.
