What do you with the left over food? |

What would you like us to do with your food? You can specify your wishes and they will be repeated in your contract and honored at the conclusion of your event. Once your guests are finished going through the buffet line, we will transfer the uneaten food on the buffet line to aluminum foil disposable pans. We generally ask our client where they would like us to leave it. Once we have left the event we are not responsible for the food temperature and holding of your left-over food.
