When is the final head count due? Can you help me determine my final head count?
We ask for the final head count 7 business days before your event. Unfortunately, there is no special way to determine this number.  The number will vary depending on distance your guests must travel, time of day, day
of week, etc.  Only you will be able to determine your guest numbers.  We can suggest you order more if you are unsure if all your guests will be attending.  This will cover unexpected guests arriving.  It is better to have more food than not enough!
