Whats included in the "per person" price?
All of our menu's are priced per person.  The per person price includes high quality paper products, the labor to set up, maintain and break down a buffet style of service (up to 3 hours for most events).  Gratuity is not included.  If you are interested in having china plates and flatware, or if you would like to know if we can accommodate sit-down service for your event, please call us or use our online form for a custom quote.
