With an explosive debute onto the scene,the local northwest band, theTommy Hogan Band is simply a compelling ,dynamic and powerfully charged band that has come a long way since there 2008 debut in Silverton,Oregon.

 The band is lead by singer/songwritter and self-taught guitar player,Tommy Hogan.Writting all of the material for the band, the new CD, do to be released in 2010, displays all original tracks that have already been receiving high merit accolades and recognition by top radio affiliates and music song-writters associations, and also includes, northwest harmonica giant, Bill Rhoades as special guest on the CD, which Rhoades plays on several of the tracks on the CD,adding his dynamic harmonica to the mix.The dynamic, power house band plays styles ranging from traditional blues with a contemporary cutting edge and energy, to rockin electric blues ,funk,rock that is compared to the styles of Stevie Ray Vaughan,Jonny Lang,BB King, ZZ Top and Eric Clapton.

The band first hit the Scene in 2008 at the Silverton Wine Blues and Jazz Festival. Playing a small local silverton bussinees, on the farthest part of town. They  Packed the venue and received newspaper press coverage  that same day as the people danced in the streets while waiting outside to get in to catch a glimpse of the bands riveting perfromance. The band received a huge response and have been  growing strong ever since and are now playing the top clubs and festivals in the north west, including  Macs Place, Roadhouse101, Cascade Tavern,theTillicum Club, Roseland Theater,Crystal Ballroom and many many more venues and festival events.

From Texas to the Delta and the West Coast to Chicago, Tommy Hogan Band brings an extroadinary element of energy to the stage and the listeners to the dance floor. The band has been proven to be one of the area and regions best blues bands around and are proud to say that they got there start in SIlverton,Oregon.
