You will be allowed in 2 hours prior to the start of the event, no matter what time of day the event begins.  Any vendors that you are using (ie. Florist, DJ, etc.) will be allowed in no sooner than 2 hours prior to the start of the event.  You may purchase additional setup time for $100/hour.
